Step 1: Download the Office Deployment Tool.

First you need to download the office deployment tool  so Click on the link to Download : Office Deployment Tool.

Step 2: Create a Folder for the Installation.

• Before you do anything, simply create a folder on your desktop or C drive.
• Type the name “Office” for the folder. or you can give the name as per your requirement.

Step 3: Install the Office Deployment Tool.

• Open the downloaded application.
• Double-click on it.
• Click on “Yes.”
• Check the box and click on “Continue.”
• It will ask you where you want to save this application. Save it in the “Office” folder. Or your selected folder.

Step 4: Create and Edit Configuration File.

• Open the Notepad.
• You need to paste a command into the Notepad.

• Click on “File,” then select “Save As.”
• Select the “Office” folder.
• Name the file “configuration.xml” and save it.

Step 5: Use Command Prompt to Run Installation Commands.

• Open the Command Prompt by typing “CMD” and pressing Enter.
• Change the directory to the “Office” folder.
• Copy the Address location of the folder.
• Past the Address location of Folder in CMD.
• After this you have to past the given command.

setup.exe /download configuration.xml

• Wait for the download to complete.

Step 6: Configure Office Installation.

• Once the download is complete, paste the second command.

setup.exe /configure configuration.xml

• Let the installation process complete.

Step 7: Activate Microsoft Office.

• Open Microsoft Word or any other office application like excel.
• Click on “Accept,” then “Close”. If you get any screen after Configration. Check the video above.
• Click on “Accounts.”
• Past the Product Key.
• Try with the first one. If it does not work then try the second key.

• Copy the product key and change the product key in Word.
• Paste the key and click on “Activate Office”.

Step 8: Finalize Activation.

• Ensure the activation by closing and reopening Word.
• You will see the option to activate the software over the Internet. Simply Click “Next.”
• Your copy of Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 Preview will Activate.
